I am a visual journalist and emerging director working with factual TV and narrative fiction. I studied Anthropology at the University of Helsinki and Documentary Film at University College London.
Before pursuing a career in directing, I gained experience working in documentary production with major broadcasters such as Sky and Channel 4 as well as streaming platforms such as Netflix and Paramount+. Wanting to deepen my visual and technical knowledge, I also worked as a kitroom technician in London and as a Camera Trainee on short films and commercials. I have also worked as a video journalist for the Finnish broadcaster Yle.
